Reading words and numbers is something that comes with everyday life. The book sets of sight words, first little readers, and Step I Sight Words would allow my students to practice reading sight words learned in class. To strengthen number sense when reading numbers I have jumbo dot dice. The numbers rolled will help students read numbers and display them on the place value chart. By supporting this project, you would help students become more confident in the ability to read words and numbers. The storage boxes, pencils, and other supplies are included to help students organize sight word cards that are the focus for the week or month. I would like to have whiteboards, with erasers at each table to incorporate STEM projects with the math books included in this project.
