These tools will make groups 2-dimensional, especially for online learners. Abstract concepts will be explained and practiced through art projects and whiteboard use. Individual whiteboards and markers will be used regularly in group settings to improve connection and help students recognize things they have in common as well as diversity in the group. We will be using art materials for projects to help with self-management and improve self-awareness! These tools will be sent to students prior to meetings in the online learning setting, helping to bridge opportunity gaps for students who are learning from home.
