Students struggle with the concept of energy. Energy is a property of matter. It is not tangible and therefore hard to imagine where it comes from. In order to one day save our planet by using renewable energy, students must first understand what energy is and how electricity is a form of energy! The materials I will purchase will replace the current ones I have for in-person learning. I plan to purchase interactive Google Slides and virtual labs to teach the concept of electricity. Ultimately, students will investigate the importance of renewable energy in producing our electricity for the future.
