Learning only happens in environments where students feel safe and comfortable. Chairs at desks don't exactly offer the greatest degree of comfort, and students need movement and flexibility to stay engaged. While flexible seating looks a little different this year, I hope to give my students a chance to keep their brains engaged by keeping their bodies comfortable and engaged. I hope to be able to give my students options other than sitting under their desk or against a wall for seating. I love the ownership it gives students over their learning!

About my class
