When you walk into a Dual Language classroom the first things you hear are students talking and sharing ideas. Due to Covid students will be limited to contact and verbal interactions. These Walkie Talkies will bridge students to practice their first language and learn a second. Students will be able maintain academic conversations with one another and gain confidence throughout the year. Most importantly, they will have what all humans need personal interactions with their classmates. I can't wait to see the rich cultural conversations, that were once heard before in a Kindergarten classroom, continue this year.

About my class
