Our students will be at home due to the pandemic. Our staff will keep them engaged on both an academic and a recreational front. We will help administer both Milwaukee Public Schools academic curriculum and Boys and Girls Club after school virtual programming. These materials will help extend the school day beyond the afternoon and well into the evening, giving hardworking and essential working parents a bit more freedom to focus on working from home instead of monitoring their child 24/7. Working together for the youth we serve is the key to our success. The webcams and speakers will allow our kids to participate in digital activities like S.T.E.M, scavenger hunts, Kahoot's, and family game nights. Having this equipment will allow us to increase our reach in the number of youth without the pressure of attending face to face and transportation barriers.
