Many of my students will increase their social skills and gain work readiness skills by participating in task that will build an understanding in many tasks they complete. Many of my students are most creative in hands on projects or jobs and through follow-up with videos they will be able to gain interests in a particular career path. They will be required to rotate into the various job skills that exposes them to many choices they may find interesting. Being able to provide these skills to them will help to to transition in so many ways after graduating high school
