My classroom library is in serious need of an update to make the selection more inclusive and enjoyable for everyone. During independent reading time, my boys gravitate toward books like Dog Man, Captain Underpants, and Big Nate but what about the girls? Did you know that girls LOVE graphic novels? It is my goal to supply ALL of the readers in my class with high quality, fun, and colorful graphic books to read. If a child has access to books they want to read, they will grow into lifelong readers!
