My scholars are struggling with not retaining information that is covered in their core classes. My job is to help them develop skills to be college and career ready that will benefit them in school as well as college. The student will have an opportunity to problem-solve in a collaborative group using the flip charts/easel to improve in writing, inquiry, note-taking, reading and other strategies as they get feedback from other students and the teacher. They get to present problems they do not understand and with a tutor after school. They can present what they understand on flip chart and go through the process without someone just giving them the answer.

About my class
