Math manipulatives are key to helping students understand and truly "grasp" the concepts of math. When students are able to have and use items in front of them to work through math problems they gain a better understanding of the ideas and concepts being taught. Especially in these crazy times, students need to have their own sets of math manipulatives to use during small groups and for independent seatwork. By donating to our project, you will help provide our class with math manipulatives to be distributed to each student. You will help our class receive better hands-on instruction and help our students improve to reach their math goals. In the event that our school goes to a full virtual learning style, you will also our students to be able to fully participate in their learning while at home. Manipulatives improve student learning and allow teachers to better teach all of their students.
