I am so happy to be back in my classroom with students! We don't have many students in person each day but it is so great to see them! Hybrid or Hyflex teaching is our new normal and it is unlike anything I could have imagines. Keeping track of 25 students on my monitor as they log on from home while also engaging my in person students takes some getting used to. I am trying to make it a good experience for my "roomers" and "zoomers". I have come to discover that when I share my screen so the "zoomers" can follow along, I can no longer see them. This is making it hard to connect with my students, and it also makes it easier for them to disengage. I am looking for the tools needed to connect my laptop to a 2nd monitor which will allow me to continuously see my virtual students. I am also hoping to obtain a few wireless pieces that will allow me to move from behind my desk.
