Our students will learn simple easy skills for jumping rope. Students will take these skills and continue practicing them at home. While students can take the fitness skills of jumping rope anywhere leading to staying active all of their life. While in class the students will utilize the jump ropes to practice our jump roping unit. We need each individual student to participate in this unit to build on their lack of jump rope skills. Many of these students do not have this opportunity anywhere else in their lives. Providing jump ropes for our students is an essential step.
