I have a quaint classroom that is completely tile! I would love for my kids to have rugs to sit on for classroom engagement. My desire in Miss Cherry's music class is for every child to walk in and be FULLY who they are. Our classroom motto is, "I can do hard things! I am a growing musician! I am kind, smart, awesome, and capable! Miss Cherry believes in me." With the addition of something so simple as two rugs, I truly believe it will allow my students to feel like they are more than invited to my class, but in a safe place that is just as much mine as theirs.
