In order for students to increase and maintain reading comprehension skills, we need them to read for fun. In order to do that, we need to provide them with books they are interested in. Purchasing books that are on the New York Times Bestsellers list and new releases that the students have been waiting for is a great way to give them what they need. Students are provided with a time during the day to read at school, but unless they have a book that they are really interested in, they won't read. By providing them with the latest and greatest in reading material, we give them every chance to succeed.

About my class
