I teach Adaptive Art to 120 exceptional students across 6 schools in Fulton County, GA. I work with pre-K through 12th graders in mostly self-contained special education classrooms. My traditional teaching is done from a mobile art cart, however, during the 20-21 school year, our art classes will be held virtually while some students will rotate for in-person instruction. My biggest wish is to provide my exceptional students with their own exceptional art supplies! Having access to their very own personal art kits will help them stay connected to art-making in their homes and back at school, while mitigating risks associated with sharing materials between students.
