The books that have been chosen for my classroom project will enhance the students lives each day. Reading is not only an important and necessary skill for students to have, but it will hopefully become a favorite past time for students. It is my hope to instill a love of reading in my students by giving them a wide range of books to choose from in our classroom library. I have been working on building our library by filling it with timeless classics, such as Ramona and Beezus, The Hardy Boys and The Boxcar Children. I also want to give the students some of their new favorites like Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Harry Potter and Dork Diaries. Thank you for your help!
