My students will be learning from home and NEED to have a good headset with a microphone for the speech to text option and for engaging in group discussions virtually. They will also bring them to school once we start our hybrid model (hopefully soon) but will still be home half of every school day until the pandemic ends. Our school provided Chromebooks but could not provide headphones to help them engage in learning remotely better. Our students cannot afford to purchase a $30 headset and the ones we purchased last year were cheap and did not last more than a few weeks.
