My Project My student athletes will be able to effectively and efficiently break down film to enhance their skill sets. By having this iPad, students will be able to become more detail oriented athletes and students of the game of football. Athletics are always tied to academics. Our football program promotes holistic well-being and we believe that film study is a great portion of becoming a competitive and successful athlete. This tablet will help provide our students a better experience for film study. Our student athletes, specifically the quarterbacks group, need a new and modern way to break down film to see the fine details in the art of playing quarterback. Using this technology, we will be able to look at specific details regarding our physical technique such as footwork in the pocket, body mechanics, and drops. We will also be able to look at opponents game film in order to better prepare ourselves for games and scout our opponents. Lastly, we will be able to utilize the new camera to help film football practice and which helps student athletes to continually grow and learn from their mistakes!
