Daily, students need books in their sweet hands! I have a massive book collection with the exception of baskets to house them in. The shelving in my school is lacking, broken, and just not appealing for a "classroom library." My current "book baskets" and "book bins" for each student are over 10 years old and falling apart. The baskets will hold all of the many genres of books I have to share with my students daily! The book bins will be used every day to hold the students' book selection from our classroom library and a journal for them to write in after reading their books. The shelving will be useful to hold to the book baskets in my space for the classroom library. I wish to provide for my students a classroom library that is inviting and colorful, full of baskets filled with books for them to check out and READ. Reading is thinking and thinking is learning so LET'S READ and get these kids back to school and READING books!!!
