These materials will help foster a love for reading and for fitness. These books will give me the ability to read aloud to students virtually and have them do movements along with the stories. Students will learn about nutrition and what foods fuel their body as well as the importance of mindfulness and self-care. Students will explore moving in different directions and pathways. They will learn about the bones in their body and the purpose they serve. Students will then be given the opportunity to reflect on the stories in their virtual platform by sharing their thoughts and their takeaways.
