During this first week of school, I noticed when doing distance learning, it was very hard to keep some of my nonwriters engaged in the writing workshops because I couldn't model the letters or do hand over hand with them. So being able to use the document camera to show the students how to write the letters and show them the proper way to hold the pencil it'll help my young writes be more successful this school year during distance learning. Also, it will help my class a lot when we do our read aloud, projects, poem writing, and many other learning activities throughout the year. This will be a great addition to my classroom this school year since we are online doing distance learning
