I have all different levels of students in one class from mainstream students to those who needs differentiated learning. It is hard to teach one lesson to every student. Some students use individualized digital program like I Ready Math or Khan Academy. When I help a small group of students with math lesson, the other group will focus on their own learning using computers. We will take turns the small group activities. When I help a specific student, the others will work on individual learning for practice problems presented on computers. With the headphones, they can focus on their own learning without making noise. Of course we will use these headphones for testing.
