In Physical Education, we use music as an extrinsic motivation tool to increase student engagement. Music is also a part of our daily routines and procedures, signaling students to stop and listen or actively participate. In doors, we also use a microphone system to ensure students are able to receive all directions, cues, and feedback. With the need to provide more instruction outdoors to keep our students safe and active, we are looking for ways to keep students engaged. The Bluetooth speaker with a microphone would allow us to give our students this same learning atmosphere outdoors.
