The use of Chromebooks is almost a daily activity in my classroom, especially in with enrichment time. Using the headphones, allows students to hear sounds on the computer. It helps with read-aloud books, videos that are required by teachers, and hear instructions on certain activities. The headphones would allow the students to do activities that require sound without disturbing other students. When the students are working on activities that requires sound, they cause distractions in the room. By donating these headphones, it would greatly enhance the learning of students without the distractions and disruptions. They can also use these when testing on the computer to drown out sounds around the classroom. Distractions are a big problem in the classrooms this year and I would like to make it as easy as possible to eliminate any and all distractions.
