Distance learning has been full of new challenges and one of those challenges is the noise level that occurs when an entire family is trying to learn, work, and live in the same home! It has been a long process connecting students to computers and wifi so they are able to engage with their classmates and teachers. Now that almost all students are connected we have a new challenge: students being able to hear their teacher! It’s very difficult when students have siblings who are also doing a zoom lesson with their teacher at the same time. Students have expressed that one of the difficulties working from home is “being able to hear my teacher.” Distance learning, unfortunately, has been a very inequitable process. Help us provide tools so that our students can thrive! Students will use these headphones each day during Zoom lessons and independent work. During lessons, the headphones will help students hear the teacher and other students. During independent work, the headphones will help them hear videos and block out background noise as they work.
