Flexible seating choices will allow my students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them. Seating choice will allow my students to sit more comfortably when working independently or in collaborative groups. Currently my students are can only choose to sit at a desk or the on floor. Providing more comfortable seating options will really increase their engagement and participation. The fidget toys I have selected will help students sensory needs as they are striving to engage in challenging science concepts. Also, these products can relieve stress. Finally, the wall decorations are meant to provide a more inviting science classroom. I don't have windows so the room needs something for students to look at.
