Young children are hands-on learners and need manipulatives to help them learn basic math skills. If funded, my students would be able to use these materials when I am teaching online and when they are completing their independent assignments at home. These tools will keep them engaged and let them practice counting, adding, and subtracting in many different ways including playing math games. My students love school and having their own math supplies at home would motivate them even more! If this project were funded, we would be so appreciative, because it would make learning easier and FUN!
