My students will benefit from the diverse texts. Coming from a second grade level, they need a wider range of engaging books so they can travel through text to gain new experiences. These texts will provide enriching literature for their independent reading enjoyment. Students absolutely love being able to access varied text that are of interest and relevance to them. They look forward to being able to use the varied texts both in class and at home as they practice reading skills and demonstrate growth during the school year. They're excited to get started visiting new places, solving new problems, and celebrating successes of people they read about in different text.

About my class
