Regular physical activity helps our young teenagers to be healthy and fit. After months of being sedentary while quarantining in isolation, my students need to exercise their bodies and develop strength and stamina again. While contact team sports may not be allowed yet due to the pandemic, these resistance bands and abdominal training mats will allow my students to build up their muscles while maintaining a safe social distance from their peers. Due to the pandemic, it is more important than ever to support and promote opportunities for physical activity and safe health and wellness activities during and after the school day.

About my class
