The multi-sensory activities and toys will be used in the classroom centers (e.g., math center, literacy center, sensory center, discovery center, etc.) and during small group/1:1 instruction. Having various toys and even multiples of the same toy will be helpful in maintaining students' health during COVID-19 since they are not allowed to share materials. The classroom furniture will be used to create a warm and inviting environment for students where they feel safe, comfortable, and can properly social distance. Also, the additional toys and activities will be helpful in regard to ensuring that students are not sharing materials.
