The purpose of this project is for students to be able to see and follow along with cooking demonstrations. These demonstrations can also be recorded and sent out to students learning from home. Students can work along with the demonstration, pause and go back, or skip ahead for each cooking lab. The monitors will be mounted above the cooking areas around the classroom so students can observe wherever they are within the classroom. The demo kitchen will be equipped with a camera that will be used to record and display the steps and techniques for cooking labs.
