The Relaxation and Mind books will be useful in our daily environment for all students entering into a new world of learning. Many Pre-K students enter our classroom each year under so much stress simply trying to get adjusted to their Teachers, School building, daily routines and classmates. It is through these books and CDs, that children will cultivate a chance to enjoy the stillness of their day all while bringing in calmness. It is one of my Personal Goals to build healthy partnerships with Families especially during Virtual Learning. The Parent Engagement activities will allow me the opportunity to know each family in order to relate on a personal level with me.

About my class
