We seek to develop proficiency in the English language and the most efficient method for students to do so is through reading. This project will allow my students to read grade appropriate texts, which they will be able to choose according to their individual reading level and interests. All of these books have been carefully selected with their interests in mind. Reading fun, challenging books will foster a love of reading, and therefore empower my students. Knowledge gained from reading will give students the chance to form their own opinions about the world around them.
