Cup stacking is a organized USA youth sport contested around the world. It is one of the sports where a student doesn't be physically suited to perform well. This sport is included in Amateur Athletic Union's Junior Olympics. The lessons are structured to to teach hand-eye coordination, while stimulating parts of the brain on both sides to improve focus among other things. Students will learn to do a few formatted stacks with both hands. Then they will get progressive with the speed of the attempts. It will help students meet some common P.E. standards and active minutes required, engaging them to be highly active in a distant environment.
