The items in this project would help my students organize their reading level books to help the become more independent readers. The students participate in reading stations everyday, but the classroom lacks the organization to help the students choose "just right" books. Having the items in this project would help the students choose books not only within their interests, but within their reading level. My students take on the challenge everyday to learn reading skills in English and Spanish and I want to help them in every way possible. With these items the students will have better organization skills which will not only help with student independence, but also help with the efficiency of transition time, leaving more time to learn!
