Many of my students have overcome great obstacles just to be included in a school in the United States. One goal of our class is teach real life skills as we learn English as a Second Language. Financial Literacy is a critical skill that will allow my ESOL students to learn about US currency and other concepts such as balancing a bank account, credit, and paying taxes. The pencil sharpener, markers, notebooks, and graphing calculator will be used as I continue this endeavor. Please consider supporting my class together we can make a difference.
