My students will be experiencing hybrid learning this year... that means 2 days face to face with me (using a microphone through my mask!) and 3 days remote. These digital tools will allow my students to receive the same "pop" and excitement of the classroom while learning at home. Nearpod and Teachers Pay Teachers will allow me to create interactive lessons in all subject areas that also embed assessment to provide me with valuable learning data to best serve my students. Students will interact with Nearpod lessons at school and home through Google Classroom. Nearpod will allow students to experience a lesson as I would present to them live and include opportunities to "race" against classmates and even record videos of their reading. It has built in audio responses as well so my littles don't have to figure out how to upload any files! Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards will allow me to easily obtain materials that will pair perfectly to include in our Nearpod lessons. This includes interactive books!
