No so much a project but a need. The district is facing major cutbacks and I was recently transferred to a wing in which students do not have a place to print out their work. As a writing teacher, students write roughly 12 essays a year along with additional assignments. There are other writing teachers in my wing that also have this problem, so we are looking to have a printer to help relieve this issue (students have to walk down to our library to retrieve work - which is great distance). We are looking to do something that will benefit the students respect their time in the classroom.
