AMSCO Advanced Placement United States History book is the only supplemental reading that I will need that has to be paid for. It is the most important supplementary reading the students will need to help them pass the AP test, which gives them college credit. This is a huge opportunity for students who do not have a lot of opportunities in their community. The hope is that every student can have their own copy of the book for the duration of the school year. Not only will this book be essential to teaching students key information to ensure they are knowledgeable members of the community, but it also assists in helping students read at a more advanced level.
