We will use Scholastic News to understand current events we are living through as my students often need clarity and help understanding things happening outside of their bubble! I teach special education and this is a great resource to use with the students that also incorporates writing and critical thinking skills in the classroom. I also found the daily mindset journals, which are extremely valuable in this uncertain time of learning and school culture. This will give us a platform to discuss and share many important social emotional issues and goals that will arise this school year.

About my class
