Phonics will be taught daily to improve decoding, fluency, and comprehension. Therefore, it will instill a love of reading! Students who normally struggle will learn the phonics' rules and find reading more enjoyable than before. Projects will be completed at school unless they are required to learn from home. Packets may be created at that time. Students will learn from a variety of learning techniques that will help them decode words which will also improve their writing skills.
