The materials that I have chosen will help my students recognize colors,shapes and numbers. The magnetic builders will help them sort and learn how to make patterns. The roll race activity ramp added to the block area will bring the imagination to life. The cash register and the doctors kit will help the children learn that you have to pay for services offered by community helpers. The dry erase boards will help the children to recognize the alphabet and the letters in their names. These boards will also be instrumental in helping the children with writing their names.
