I am requesting an iPad and the Osmo starter kit. These items will help provide my students with speech and language materials: games/activities to help engage them so that I can help them in a fun interactive manner with their receptive and expressive language delays. The upcoming school year is unpredictable as we will be using the hybrid model. Going remote requires materials that I never needed before. Even if school is open, many of the parents in my school are fearful and will likely opt for remote learning. The Osmo starter kit will allow me to connect the iPad with the computer during remote learning as well as in-person learning, which will allow me to share books, various manipulatives as well as digital material on the computer screen with my students in a safe way. This will make for a more engaging learning experience for my students who have been dealing with many adjustments and difficulties during these unprecedented times. Any donation, big or small is greatly appreciated!
