Most of my students are English Language Learners (levels 1-2). They need support with reading and writing. My project is to provide my students with the necessary tools at home (magnetic letters, coins, cubes, and etc) to increase their motivation. The students can use the letters to learn the alphabet. The hands-on materials enhance students' learning and provide motivation for learning. For example, students can create short vowel words or sight words using magnetic letters during the reading groups. Moreover, students can practice counting numbers with a help of cubes. My students and I appreciate any support that will be provided.
