Hello! I will be teaching a fourth and fifth grade combo class at a brand new school. The books I am requesting through Donors Choose will help me to deliver good quality literature to my students. I have found that if you can incorporate academic subjects, such as literature and social studies or history, students learn better. I also want my students to develop a love of reading. I want my students to understand that you can find a lot of information about how people live it how they have lived through novels.
