The materials requested are all basics needed for effective learning in the classroom (and at home). These items will help me to prepare my classroom and best serve my scholars' diverse learning styles. In addition, these items will allow each and every scholar to have ample tools at their disposal for maximum brain growth! They might not otherwise have access to these tools. In order to learn in a safe, positive, and productive environment, my scholars need these basic educational resources. Items such as pre-sharpened pencils, highlighters, and dry-erase markers will allow my scholars to get hands-on with their learning and remain engaged throughout the school day. In addition, individualized items like pencil cases will allow my students to have ownership over their learning supplies, fostering a strong identity as dedicated scholars.
