I want to give my students at home and in person the chance to experience being a scientist or engineer. With so much computer time this year, I want them to be able to design and problem solve with their hands and conduct science lab challenges that connect to real life situations. I am designing projects that could be open ended so students can take their learning as far as it can go. The materials I requested with allow students to design cars, act as a forensic biologist, conduct water quality testing, learn about the basics of circuits, and model cell activity.
