In our classroom we learn math for at least and hour everyday. During that time we are either learning a new technique to solve a problem or we are going deeper into the technique to fully understand the purpose. Having these individual math manipulatives in our room will help my students learn in a more successful way because each one can work through the technique with their hands, rather than just learning from writing the technique on paper. Not only will this be helpful for our math lessons, but they may also be used these to build things and use their imagination during our free times because it will be their own personal manipulatives.
