This alternate seating will enable them to learn in a productive setting where they can social distance and yet be able to interact with their peers in a responsible way. Having the yoga mats as seating will give the kinders a defined space and we will be able to practice mindfulness by using the Yogi Fun Kids Yoga Cards. Yoga creates a mindfulness in kids helping them to gain confidence to believe in themselves. These activities will build a sense of resilience and self-confidence. Through yoga, kids move and develop body awareness, strength and flexibility. The kinders will burn some energy as well as learn to be relaxed and quiet. These skills are essential to be developed in kindergarten
