My students need to be prepared when we go to virtual learning. By having these supplies organized in one spot, they will be able to move to virtual learning and have everything they need to continue their education at home. Place value is important in second grade because they are still learning the value of numbers, addition and subtraction, and working with numbers to 1000. Whiteboards are used daily in the classroom, and if students can have whiteboards to use at home, our virtual class meetings will be more effective. Students will be able to practice spelling words, answer questions, work with math problems, and participate in class discussions virtually with their whiteboards.
